JOHN GAZ
DIRECTOR OF ASSET MANAGEMENT, WESTERN REGION

John Gaz is Director of Asset Management, Western Region for M360 Advisors, responsible for all asset management aspects of Money360’s lending and servicing platforms. Prior to joining M360 Advisors, Mr. Gaz worked in the asset management departments of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC, AMRESCO Management, Inc. and The Hanford/Healy Companies. Mr. Gaz has over 20 years of loan asset management and underwriting experience for private, publicly-traded and government institutions, and has successfully resolved over $750.0 million of CMBS and company-owned real estate loans.

John earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California at Irvine, Paul Merage School of Business and is a California licensed real estate broker.
